Japans Tsutenkaku Robot, a rather unwieldy construction based on Osakas Tsutenkaku Tower, was recently shown off in Tokyos Akihabara district. During the robots exhibition, the developers brought the robot over to a nearby store for a photo opportunity with Hondas Asimo robot.

Weighing in at around 66 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches tall, the robots main function is to promote tourism to Osaka, thus its limited feature set can be excused as it hobbles around Japan Frankestein-like.
